Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and services provided by ESTP - Europäische Schule für Tattoo & Piercing, represented by AGL Tattoo Group. By applying for and enrolling in any of the courses offered, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before submitting your application.

2. Age Requirements

To apply for any course at ESTP, you must be at least 18 years old or turn 18 before the course ends. Applications from individuals who do not meet this criterion will be automatically rejected, and the registration fee will be refunded.

3. Registration Fee

There is a non-refundable registration fee of 150€ required to apply for the Certified Tattoo Course. This fee is only refundable if your application is rejected because you do not meet the eligibility criteria. Once the application is accepted, this fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

The full course fees can be paid in instalments. The instalment conditions, amounts, and deadlines will be outlined in the course contract signed between the school and the student. It is the student’s responsibility to adhere to the payment schedule.

5. Course Contracts and Revocation Policy

Once the course begins, the course contract becomes irrevocable. If the student chooses to revoke or withdraw from the course after it has started, they will be required to pay a penalty of 75% of the full course fee as stated in the contract.

6. Grounds for Contract Termination

ESTP reserves the right to terminate a student’s course contract without notice in the event of the following misconduct:

  • Racist or disrespectful behavior towards other students, teachers, or individuals within the school or studio premises.

  • Use of alcohol or drugs during classes.

  • Repeated absenteeism or failure to participate in class activities.

  • General behavior that disrupts the peace and harmony of the school or studio environment.
     

If the contract is terminated for any of the reasons mentioned above, the student remains liable for the full course fee as outlined in the signed contract.

7. Ownership of Classwork

All drawings and materials produced during classes must remain in the possession of ESTP until the student's certificate is issued. After the certificate is granted, these materials will be returned to the student. However, the school reserves the right to retain the materials for a period of five years from the date of issuance of the certificate. During this time, the school may request the materials for review or other purposes.

8. Retention of Tattooed Materials

All tattooed materials, including fake skin and other practice materials used in the Certified Tattoo Course, must be kept by the school for at least five years. After this period, students are welcome to claim their materials. Any unclaimed materials will be disposed of by the school after the five-year period.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

In the event of any legal disputes related to these Terms and Conditions, the venue for all judicial proceedings will be in Spain, specifically in the region of Catalunya, where the headquarters of AGL Tattoo Group is registered. The applicable law will be based on Spanish legal standards.

10. Modifications

ESTP - Europäische Schule für Tattoo & Piercing reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and it is the student's responsibility to review the terms regularly.
